For licensed buyers

Built for buyers who
need to know exactly
what they're getting.

One standard licence. Federation, media, regulated betting, internal research — same baseline. Bespoke terms attach as a schedule, never replace the floor. Adult-only by view-level enforcement, integrity-gated end-to-end, audit-logged every step.

Talk to [email protected] →See the products

Adults only

Minor data physically absent

View-level enforcement (crest_commercial_v) blocks under-18 + non-consenting rows before the feed even reads. Country-aware adult-age threshold; strictest if unknown.

Integrity-gated

Provenance ≥ 0.7 + no active flag

Every row passes the three-layer integrity ladder (provenance · anomaly detection · graph collusion). Flagged matches quarantine until resolved.

Audit-logged

Schema-versioned + corrections-versioned

Every row carries a schema version + provenance score + integrity score + verification level. Corrections are versioned not silent — pulled at your declared cadence.

In one glance

What's in. What's out.

You get

  • +Per-player Crest number + tier + provisional flag
  • +Match results with provenance + integrity scores
  • +Confidence band (σ) per Crest
  • +Discipline + sport + venue + completion timestamp
  • +Stable pseudonymous identifier (UUID or handle, never PII)
  • +Corrections + revocations within the licence term

Never, under any term

  • −Anyone under 18 (country-aware adult age applies)
  • −Direct PII — name, email, phone, address, DOB
  • −Precise location (city + region only, never lat/long)
  • −Safety reports, disputes, internal moderation signals
  • −Article 9 tags — identity, condition, preference
  • −Any data from a player who opted out of commercial sale

Buyer types

Same baseline. Different schedules.

Federations

National + regional governing bodies validating tournament results against the Crest standard. Internal use, no resale.

Media + broadcast

Sports media displaying rankings, head-to-heads, recap stats. Attribution required on public surfaces.

Regulated betting

Licensed operators in territories where padel betting is lawful. Identified player-level requires Tier-2 consent + Phase-9 integrity gate.

Internal research

Academic + commercial research teams. Aggregate-only by default; identified access requires DPA + ethics review.

How buying works

Self-serve under £1,999. Vetted lane above.

Aggregate datasets at the lower price points clear via Stripe checkout + click-through licence acceptance. Identified player-level + betting-class feeds clear through a vetted lane with KYC + a signed bespoke schedule — usually 5–7 working days end-to-end.

Read the full terms ↓+

1. Parties

This licence is between BuiltByGo Limited (“BBG”, the licensor) and the entity identified on the dataset order form as the buyer (the “Licensee”). BBG operates the TrustPadel Crest data feed under its trading name TrustPadel; the agreement is between the two entities, not the trading names.

2. Scope of grant

Subject to the Licensee's payment + ongoing compliance with this licence, BBG grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

  • Access the specific dataset definition(s) listed on the order form;
  • Use the data for the permitted purpose stated on the order form (the “Permitted Use”);
  • Internally cache, query, and derive insights from the data for the Permitted Use;
  • Display the data on internal dashboards or, where the order form expressly permits, on public surfaces with attribution to TrustPadel.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The Crest standard, integrity scores, tier mapping, and rating engine are BBG's intellectual property — the licence covers the data, not the methodology.

3. Prohibited uses

The Licensee will not, under any circumstances:

  1. Re-identify any record. Where a feed contains pseudonymous identifiers (handle, UUID), the Licensee will not combine them with other data sources to derive direct personal identifiers BBG hasn't published (full legal name, address, contact details, date of birth, precise location).
  2. Redistribute the raw data to any third party, including a parent, sister, or subsidiary entity not named on the order form. Aggregated derivatives that meet the minimum-cohort rule (clause 7) may be shared in summary form.
  3. Use the data for any decision adversely affecting a player that isn't expressly contemplated by the Permitted Use — including, but not limited to, credit, insurance, employment, immigration, or visa decisions.
  4. Use the data to train a competing ratings system or any model whose output is substantially similar to the Crest number.
  5. Use any data describing a minor (under the country-aware adult age, as defined in our privacy notice). Minor data is physically absent from every feed by view-level enforcement; if a record that should have been excluded is delivered in error, the Licensee will delete it on notification + confirm deletion within 5 working days.
  6. Use safety-report data, dispute correspondence, internal moderation signals, or any field marked “internal-only” in the schema. These never appear in licensed feeds; the prohibition applies in case of error.
  7. Use special-category (Article 9) tag data — identity, condition, preference — for any segmentation or targeting. Special-category data is never sold; the prohibition applies in case of error.
  8. Use the data for direct marketing to TrustPadel users unless the order form expressly licenses contact-data delivery (it does not by default).
  9. Reverse-engineer the rating engine, the integrity gating algorithm, or any other BBG proprietary processing logic from the data alone.

4. Data hygiene + delivery

Every record carries a schema version, a verification level, and a provenance / integrity-score pair. The Licensee will:

  • Honour the verification level — records below the threshold set on the order form will be filtered out before any downstream processing or display;
  • Replace records on receipt of corrections. Corrections are versioned, not silent; the Licensee will pull updates at the cadence stated on the order form (minimum: weekly);
  • Surface a clear “data as of [timestamp]” label on any external display of the data.

5. Audit + access controls

BBG may, on 14 days' written notice (or immediately in the case of a suspected breach), audit the Licensee's use of the data. The audit will be conducted by BBG or an independent third party bound by equivalent confidentiality terms. The Licensee will:

  • Maintain access logs identifying which staff have queried the data, with timestamps, for the duration of the licence + 24 months thereafter;
  • Encrypt the data at rest;
  • Restrict access to staff who need it for the Permitted Use;
  • Apply industry-standard authentication (SSO + MFA) to systems holding the data.

6. Player rights pass-through

A TrustPadel player exercising a data-subject right (Article 15 / 17 / 20) against BBG will trigger one of three actions on the Licensee's side:

  • Erasure (Art 17): the Licensee will delete the corresponding records from any system within 30 days of BBG's notice, including backups where reasonably possible;
  • Restriction (Art 18): the Licensee will pause downstream processing of the named records until BBG confirms the restriction is lifted;
  • Objection (Art 21): the Licensee will exclude the named records from any further analytical processing for the Permitted Use.

7. Minimum cohort rule

Any aggregate cell derived from the data — including counts, averages, percentages, or other summary statistics — must include at least 5 distinct players. Cells defined by an intersection of attributes (e.g. “women coaches in city X”) inherit the same rule. The Licensee will not bypass this rule by chained queries that each satisfy the floor while their composition reveals an individual.

8. Term + termination

The licence runs for the term stated on the order form. BBG may terminate with immediate effect on any material breach (re-identification, banned secondary use, audit refusal). On termination, the Licensee will, within 30 days:

  • Stop accessing the feed;
  • Destroy all copies of the data, including derivatives that retain individual records;
  • Certify destruction in writing, signed by an officer of the Licensee.

Aggregated insights derived in compliance with this licence may be retained for internal record-keeping but may not be displayed or transmitted to a third party after termination.

9. Liability + indemnity

The Licensee will indemnify BBG against any direct loss arising from the Licensee's breach of this licence, including regulatory fines, defence costs, and damages awarded to affected players. BBG's liability to the Licensee for the licensed data is capped at the fees paid by the Licensee for the affected dataset in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of England + Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England + Wales, except that BBG may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where the breach is occurring.

11. Updates to this licence

BBG may update this licence on 30 days' written notice to the Licensee. Material changes are agreed in writing; non-material updates take effect on the notice date. A change log is maintained at this URL.

12. Contact

Licensing + data product enquiries: [email protected]. Data-protection enquiries: [email protected]. Security incidents (breach, suspected leak, audit refusal): [email protected] (24/7 monitored).

This standard licence is offered on a take-it-or-bespoke-schedule basis. Bespoke terms — territory, exclusivity, betting-class additions — attach as a schedule + override the standard terms only where the schedule expressly says so. The minor-protection clause (3.v) and the prohibited-use list (clause 3) are non-negotiable.
